Do I have to buy a service after my consultation?

Of course not! I will tell you all the things you need to buy and make recommendations based on your budget. Then you can be free to do as you need to, no further obligation.

Can you set up devices I have already bought?

While I do require an initial consultation before most services, I will still be able to set up a device that you already have. However, that is still based on a good network at the outset.   

Do I need to have an initial consultation?

PC services don't often involve an initial consultation. If you have no questions and are good with your current network, then I can move right to fixing the problem.

What are your COVID restrictions?
