Hello, I'm Michael Rivera, and my journey in the world of technology began in 2018 at Massasoit State College, where I delved into the realm of computer networking. Completing my coursework and training in 2020, I proudly earned my CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry-Level Network Technician) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certifications. This pivotal moment led me to establish SubtechIT, a venture that combines consultation with cutting-edge tech solutions. My passion lies in simplifying the intricacies of technology to empower individuals and businesses to achieve their optimal workflows.

Since 2021, I've been dedicated to my role as a Site Administrator/Tech Specialist at the Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children, a cherished institution in Canton, Massachusetts. Here, I cater to the diverse technology needs of children, dedicated aides, educators, administrators, and State staff, utilizing a range of tools, from Apple products and Google Chromebooks to specialized accessibility devices. My responsibilities span a wide spectrum, encompassing inventory management, administration, training, and strategic planning. It's a profound joy to support this remarkable team in their essential mission of enhancing the lives of these remarkable children.

Ultimately, my true passion lies in the people I serve. While technology constantly evolves and remains a subject of perpetual learning, the heart of my work lies in building meaningful relationships. Taking the time to understand each individual's unique circumstances and needs has become second nature to me. It's this genuine connection with others that fuels my enjoyment of what I do and drives my commitment to making a difference.
